I'm torn. When Cami was there the place was great. Having the app now to communicate and being able to see the bills is one positive. We have yet another new director I already live her sweet demeanor so I have hopes. This past year my 3 yr old began going there and a few times she was supposed to come home one the bus because she likes riding and there was not great communication.binbthe past the daycare and school office worked together to get our kids where they needed to be. The daycare is part of the school they should work together with the 22-23 director we just didn't get that and poor Lori was stressed. Here's to a better year
New director and teachers. Place used to be so good but not anymore. Sad because there isn’t many options in town.
We have used this daycare for a couple years now. We have always loved it, felt safe dropping our kids off, and would always recommended it to everyone we know. It is now under new management and we have since pulled our children out. The new girl in charge is very unfriendly. Won’t speak to me when I dropped my son off I even went out of my way to introduce myself. I no longer get updates on my kids day, my youngest would cry begging not to go (it had always been the opposite in the past), and when I tried to talk to the new supervisor, well let’s just say communication is not good there now. Sad to see such a great daycare turn into junk. I took them we will not be using it.

My children has been going to Riverside Child Care for 2 years. I have always felt that it is a positive, learning environment. This year with Covid is no exception. The teachers have been great about keeping us up to date on what our kids are doing through the Facebook page and constant communication. It is located right in the elementary so I don’t have to stress about my children riding the bus before and after school. I would highly recommend!
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would have! Too many children, not enough staff. They are dishonest and only do what benefits them and not the children. Go elsewhere if you want your child to have a safe provider who cares about their personal well being and growth and not just about a paycheck.
RCC has been a life saver! I feel so comfortable dropping off my little one. She loves school and is learning so much! Ms. Cami is so great with the kids. They just adore her! I highly recommend RCC!
