The child rides the bus to go home. The personnel left the child (bus rider) to take another child who is a car rider to child's parent to pick up and sign child (car rider) out. The child's (car rider) parent was parked in the Head Start parking lot approximately 103 feet away from the child (bus rider) left alone in front of the elementary. When personnel returned to the child (bus rider) that was left alone, sitting on the brick wall, the child (bus rider) was no longer there. Child (bus rider) was missing for more than 5 minutes before located. | ||
