The place seemed very welcoming and professional in the beginning, working hard to assure you that your children will be well taken care of and in a safe, positive environment. After only a few weeks, their whole demeanor had changed. Management had become very cross and disrespectful. I myself have witnessed them being racist to an African American woman and one of the head women in charge yelling at an employee in front of the children. I have also heard stories of the children being yelled at by management. These people have NO patience for children and will hire anyone into their establishment without concern of age, experience, etc... My son was diagnosed with Autism while he was enrolled there and they treated him horribly. My son was constantly coming to me explaining how mean they were to him and that when he was being bullied they did nothing to stop it. When confronted they gave me vague excuses, making it seem like my son was the one at fault. At one point, I received a text message from them stating they could not find my son when going to pick him up from school. I then called and they had told me that all was well and taken cared of. I proceeded to politely ask them to not send scary messages like that if they were not sure it was an emergency situation. I was accused of being rude by management for said statement when I could have handled it in much worse way. Please do not be fooled by the luxurious events they put on. You are definitely paying for them and then some. In conclusion, NOT WORTH IT. There is much better out there. Save yourself and your kids the trouble.
I wasn’t sure if speaking on my experience in Rhema’s would be appropriate but after the experience I’ve had and after some time has gone by , I believe something should be said. The only positive thing that I can say based on my experience is their partnership with McAllen ISD. This center doesn’t have cameras, the owner is very rude, so is Beti which I believe are related to each-other. They have a way of talking to you that comes off disrespectful. Their tours of the center always looks perfect but I’ve seen how they talk to their teachers, and how they put too much on their plate. Sometimes parents can be too demanding and unfair with teachers. The owner would much rather please the parent and scold the teacher. I didn’t like that. This are her employees she should be supporting them or trying to mediate the situation . Overall this isn’t a place to work if you don’t like being pushed and scolded. The place isn’t bad for children it’s just the owners that make things difficult.
My kids are older now. I used their services for two of my children. Great owners, great staff. Kids learned so much and were always happy. I never had any problems. I visited the facility recently to place my smallest children in daycare again. Once again, feel 100% comfortable with the staff, the facility and the owners to take care of my children on a daily basis.
The staff is rude. Teachers do not pay any attention to children. They do what is comfortable for themselves, not for children. children cry often. Especially they have a bad attitude to white children, so if you are from white American family, do not leave your child there, they may be especially negligent with your baby
wonderful amazing great daycare
