Unfortunately, this program is truly about the perception of how it looks vs the quality of care. There have been 4 different Site Managers in the past year. Turnover is high. Communication is a problem with staff in the building from the administrative team.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THE SEMPER ELEMENTARY PROGRAM SPONSORED BY RED ROCKS .....if your child is not perfect or quiet you will get phone calls asking when and how quick you can be there to pick them up ( none of their business ) they can not and are not trained or equipped with appropriate training expecially with kids and disabilitys
