In my experience most facilities that you would walk in that is over 7 years old would look like they are 7 years old. I have had children go through this center from the day it was open till recently, it looks, smells, and continues to be as well taken care of as the first day I walked in. When I pick up my child the kids are laughing and playing and it smells like it did when i dropped them off at 8 am (clean). The food is wonderful all my older kids talk about is how they wish they could have Granny 's cooking at big school. The children, staff and facility are well taken care of. You can tell that the administration puts alot of time and money back into the center and not in their pockets.
My daughter started her 1st week there and it was not organized at all. I never got to see her teacher in the morning or when I picked her up. After 2:30 they have teenagers running the facility.my 3yr old daughter was not taught anything except a coloring activity of a sun, a fish, and a UFO. Their daily report was vague and looked thrown together last minute so I had no way of knowing how her day went or any issues she had. No teacher or director was ever there when I picked her up to ask questions. I wrote them a letter and they called me telling me my concerns were written very rudely. I apologized several times on the phone telling them that wasn't my intention at all I was just trying to resolve some concerns. The director came at me with a temper and turned it around on my daughter and basically kicked her out of the program. It was the worst experience and completely uncalled for and unprofessional. It could have all been easily resolved but instead she chose to let her short fuse get the best of her. I'm still in shock over the way all of it was handled. Beware if you have any questions or concerns you may get yelled at and kicked out of the program.
