They don't deserved no stars as my concerned the owner does not care about his employees or those kids it's all about money for him I still can't figure out why they still open they always over ratio never enough staff they always running out milk for children to be a new daycare it should of been in order they already went thru so many staffs and directors the new director they have now I heard she new to daycare scene and she was there only choice that's sad and also to top it off the owner is very rude and don't know how to talk to nobody he just keyboard warrior he can't face nobody it's about money for him the daycare was a gold mine for him that's why he open up a daycare and don't know nothing about running it
Worst daycare in Charleston. The problem is the president Keith Smith he has no respect for any humans, talks disrespectful to parents and employees,he has zero love for the kids. All he cares for is weekly tuition being payed on time. I'm 99% sure Dss will close them soon!!!! And the kids ratio is always off, too many kids and no teachers to care for them!!! It's sad!!!!
I ENROLLED MY SON IM DAY CARE IN NORTH CHARLESTON AT A DAYCARE CALL REACH FOR THE STARS ACADEMY 1910 McMillan Avenue North Charleston SC (DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE) Sherry Tyler is the Director there Every afternoon my son was being moved around at the daycare to meet ratio this particular day Friday March 24, 2023 ? I was not even notify called not or able to even seek medical attention child because I was not even aware he got hurt at daycare Monday ? march 20 2023 She decides to have her employees write an incident report and contact Dss to cover her a** because she was not taking the necessary protocol She was supposed to be taken as a Director. She ?didn’t even write an incident report until she found out through me that I called Dss because I had no knowledge of my child being hurt? my childhood hit his head and busted his lip and four places from my understanding Sherry Tyler was there when it happened and she still failed to notify any parents or anybody or even write an incident report until Monday March 20th ?after the fact. I went to retrieve my son pampers and wipes, and she still mentioned nothing about what happened ?to my son lip or head this to me may not be the first incident that has not been documented. and that Decker has been hiding hidden. I refuse to let anybody child get hurt without them knowing do not put your child in this daycare.
