The staff received the NSOR dated late and it is in place that any new staff have it prior to start date. Staff 1 has her FBI clearance scheduled for September 28, 2020 to replace the current one. Staff 2 updated her mandated reporter training and emailed to inspector.

I have contacted the parent who has talked to the childs doctor. The doctors office assures the child has had all required immunizations and has sent me another copy of the records which still does not have the 6 month rotavirus on it.

I immediately wrote the child's names on the medicine upon returning to the center. From now on when a parent hands in medicine to a staff it has to be handed to me so I can label it correctly.
