I am thankful to have this facility for my little ones. They provide a safe, fun and educational place for my children to stay while I am at work. The staff are knowledgeable and loving. This team of teachers are always educating themselves and learning more about the field of working with young children. An added benefit is that no cell phones are allowed in the classroom. If you have kids, you owe it to yourself to check this place out.
The children are great here love watching how excited the kids get with doing arts and crafts and science
The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful to parents and staff they are always striving to be better and forever learning new things
Clean facility with friendly staff. I am over protective and am always checking in on my daughter. Her teacher is always willing to work with me when it comes to potty training and extra help with flash cards since I am doing that with her at home. I am very pleased with this center.
At first everything seems great here but a couple months in there came about some serious concerns. My children were complaining of teachers making them eat off the floor and choking them with a water hose etc. the last thing I heard was my child was smacked punched and kicked by a teacher there. I called police immediately and was ordered not to return my children or they would be put into protective custody. The only good thing about this place was the infant teacher. A British woman. She is so loving and sweet. Do NOT take your children here. This establishment is under investigation by EMCU and when I've complained about two specific teachers neither of them were fired even though they shouted at the children, got mad at them for getting excited their parents were coming and were extremely rude to the parents, all that I actually did witness
Having experienced a day or several in a number of the classrooms, I was appalled at how much was expected of such young children. Toddlers are not made to sit still for as long as the schedule often required! That's one of several things that bothered me. Also, can one really expect a whole group of children between 1.5 and 2 years old to all get toilet trained at the same rate? I'd sooner call this place a detention center.
Awesome Facility. We enjoyed our time we were there. The staff truly cared for my daughter. They had the knowledge to take care of, work with, and teach the students. A+
