I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Getting into the summer program is a lottery but it is well managed and orderly. We were so happy to be called back to join the Summer Program which was a great experience for my 6 year old. She loved it! she loved all her counselors and I felt very safe with her at the school with NYPD on site. Amazing program and all they ask if for donations for art supplies and small things. They saved my life as a single mom needing full day summer help. 2 thumbs up.

The staff call the participants names.Only some of the staff are respect to the participants. Also this one person Marlena she very rude and calls the participant names. For, example she called these group of girls that hang out with each other a click and other very harsh things. Also they lie about the girls basketball team and one of the girls are two old and they lie about her name and age basically her identity. It is really not fair and they should get disqualified from every game. And also they single participants out for no reason and always try to suspend them and lie to the parents
