Description:
Our philosophy is based in the belief that children are competent individuals who can construct their own meaning of their experiences. We believe that trust and self-esteem are the foundation upon which all learning rests. We recognize that children are naturally curious and engage in active exploration to make sense of their world. Our role, as your child’s caregiver, is not to provide all the answers for them. Rather, the occasion for discovery and learning.
We encourage all children to develop their individual strengths and appreciate each child’s unique contribution they offer to the community.
At QT, your child has opportunities to discover and learn about themselves, others and the environment in an atmosphere that encourages harmonious and meaningful relationships. We value cooperative relationships between children, adults, and caregivers. We strive to provide an environment that is supportive and will serves as a platform for children and their families to build a strong community. Within the QT community there are extending opportunities for all to understand and accept cultural differences within each family, through thoughtful observation, discovery and celebration.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
