Description: The Learningden Preschool serves as an extension of your child's home. Our school is a place where children imagine, explore, create and learn with natural materials: clay, real art supplies, and items found in the home. We believe children learn through interaction with peers, parents, staff and friends in a friendly learning environment. Our curriculum is based on the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education where topics are driven by questions, information and excitement expressed by the children themselves.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

My kids went for two days & honestly wish I would have just taken off work instead. My daughter the first day, came home with a bite mark from one of the other girls and telling me that kids were picking on my son calling him baby and not wanting to play with him. Obviously not okay, and my daughter told the “teachers” and they just brushed her off and didn’t clearly do much. My son came home the second day crying and saying he was being hit and called a “baby” keep in mind he is 2 years old. My husband went to pick them up the second day, and walking into the yard to a kid punching my son. My husband had to say something to the other kid to stop and then a teacher noticed. Absolutely not okay. They also didn’t know where the clothing and pull ups we provided were both days and told my husband they didn’t bring anything with them when my kids brought their backpacks “ready for school” as they would say. This was our first experience with a preschool and I’m horrified and upset. I would not recommend any parent to send their kids here. It’s clear to me there is no supervision going on or any sort of reprimand happening when kids misbehave. I know kids can be a handful and this stuff can happen but that’s why the adults are paid to look out for the kids. It’s literally the job that pays their bills and it seems like they don’t care.
