All equipment and furnishings were not in good repair. Indoors was found meeting compliance, outdoors I observed the pretend steering wheels very loose, causing a pinch point, on the preschool playground.

Parent's medication authorization did not include required information. Space 2 - 4 OTC creams had written permission, however they were not signed by the person granted the school permission to administer.
