Primrose Montessori School is an individually structured learning environment. It is a place where the natural desire of a child to learn is encouraged and respected. our inside work includes a broad variety of directed educational activities. The curriculum includes practical life experiences, language, sensorial, mathematics, art, music, history and science. Our work is accomplished both inside and in our garden. Watching the children planting and caring for their seedlings, learning safe climbing skills in our wonderful old apricot tree, setting the tables for an outdoor lunch allows them to practice what they have learned. We are located one block from Mt. Sentinel allowing us to take hikes and explore the natural setting. The mountainside is a perfect spot to take our journals, we love to draw.
