This facility looked amazing on its website. My husband and I were excited to tour, which we scheduled. When we walked into a chaotic preschool where an oblivious employee scrolled through her phone. She asked us to wait while she got the director. She left two strangers completely alone with people's kids! Finally the director can't out and seemed pleasant enough. She led us to the infant room where our son would be. Immediately upon entering a very frustrated employee informed her that she needed a break or her head would exploding. At that point my husband and I exchanged looks that said "not in a million years". We quickly left and have since hired a nanny. I now felt compelled to write this after meeting a mom at the train today who shared horror stories with me about this daycare. These people are absolutely money motivated and expressed zero genuine concern or even like for the children in their care. And the curriculum and "activities" they brag about on their website were NO WHERE in sight. This place is a social hour for girls while your kids essentially fend for themselves.
