information.) On 10/18/23 a teacher reported to management that they witnessed another teacher smack a child in the mouth. They stated this was done in response to the child biting. The teacher was immediately removed from the classroom, witness statements were collected. The teacher was terminated from employment. We immediately self reported the incident to state licensing, DCS, and the child's parents. |
