I had a terrible experience At Prescolaire Early Learning Academy. My daughter has attended the school since they first opened and we were really excited but they have definitely disappointed me and broke my trust. On May 1 when I arrived to the school no one knew where my 3 year old daughter was, which means they never followed protocol on keeping count of the kids. When we found her she was in a closed classroom in the bathroom by herself half dressed (no diaper or underwear on) and her skirt was down. She was in there for at least 30-45mins by herself. Some incompetent teacher left my baby in the bathroom and left the building. I did file a criminal investigation but we no longer attend that school and please encourage anyone else to be careful of this school. They only care about their image, not about the children’s wellbeing. Very sad place And terrible staff. No accountability from Vice Presidents, Administration or the uneducated teachers.
I am deeply disappointed with the experience we've had at this school. My 2-year-old lost a gold bracelet while at school, despite it being tight enough that it couldn't come off on its own. Despite our conversations with the director (Melissa) and the class teacher (Miss Jada), they denied any knowledge of it. However, the bracelet was clearly visible in a video posted during the day on Tadpoles and was missing when we signed him out. Despite informing Erica, from the president office of the school, no action was taken.
This bracelet held sentimental value for us and had been worn by our child for religious purposes and for quite some time. When we asked our son about it, he explained that his teacher took it and even mentioned the teacher's name in his language. Despite bringing this to the attention of the director, they simply repeated that they trust their staff. We are now pursuing legal action, as this is a serious matter.
What's even more upsetting is that we had already decided to withdraw our child from this school and had informed them prior to this incident, which occurred the day before his last day. Additionally, the school seems to take complaints from parents lightly. Our son once informed us that a classmate hit him, but when we raised this with the director and teachers, they dismissed it, claiming nothing of the sort happened. They also mentioned that they don't record camera footage, only live video, which further adds to our concerns about the safety and accountability within the school.
