This daycare is a fun and loving environment. I had a great experience with the staff. They were always telling me new things my daughter learned that day.
The teaching staff is great at precious jewels: I wish I could say the same for the management staff, specifically the director of the facility!
My son slipped and fell on wet floors after they had been mopped. The teaching staff took care of my son and notified me of his injury, after speaking with his teacher I advised I would stop by on my lunch break from work to check on my son. When I arrived the director yelled across the room to me while the children were napping "why'd you wake him up?" Then when I left, instead of checking with me the status of my injured son, wanted to address other learning opportunities with my son. When I returned to pick my son up at the end of the day I addressed the director with my concerns, and she had the nerves to tell me that "if I was concerned about the well being of my child I should have come to check on my son when I got the phone call about his injury, and not waited till my lunch break." As the director of a child care facility and mother, at no time should she have addressed me in a manor to imply that I was a bad mother!
If this is the example being set by management, this is no place I want my child to receive care. This facility is incredibly poorly run and I do. Not recommend them or their services to anyone seeking child care!
