Although I found a few of the staff very pleasant I couldn't get the past the fact that on more then one occasion when I went to pick up my child she has someone else's pacifier. I spoke to the teacher that was in the room about it and she informed me that sometimes when they cant find the child pacifier that they wash and use another child's...when i looked for only a moment in her assigned crib I found it right away. She was sick non stop and even developed croup. I understand that children in child care will get sick due to everyone's germs but that likelihood was only increased the more she was given someone else's pacifier. When I came in for a second time and found her once again with someone else's pacifier I knew right away that I had to remove her from the center. She was only 2 1/2 months old and her tiny immune system couldn't handle their carelessness.
My child was neglected at Pleasant Prairie Renaissance School.
