I have never gone to a daycare where you can walk around not be stopped and walk into any room where the doors where the children are in and are not locked and the keys are in the door. I went to pick up my grandson and heard babies crying; I thought my grandson was in there and wanted to see if he was one that was crying and why? The owner (Jessica) shielded me from going in and shut the door on me, but I was able to see these babies crying to the point where all but one was not crying. She than told me my grandson was across in an unlocked room sleeping UNSUPERVISED!! He is a one-year-old baby and was left unattended with other children that sleep on cots, my concern is these young children are in an unlocked room and can get up and roam the room without any supervision putting these babies in real danger of hurting themselves.
As we know one year old children need to be watched at ALL times!! My grandson had an injury to his mouth when leaving this daycare, the teacher that was supervising could not give any explanation on how it happened nor knew he had an injury to his mouth, another teacher noticed his injury and had pointed this to his mother before leaving the daycare. When he arrived at home, he was not able to eat any soft foods because of the pain, his mother had to take him to urgent care and had to report it to the authorities. The top of his gums was bruised and visibly swollen and noticeable. Accountability needs to be held when you are watching other people's children, safety should be there top priority these are our children, grandchildren and our loved ones these children should be taken care of like they are your own child!!! The nightmare our family endured with this daycare; I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!!!
