Pinckneyville Head Start

Western Egyptian E.O.C. Head Start is a comprehensive federally funded child development program serving three and four year old children from low income families. Head Start actively recruits and enrolls children with disabilities and is committed to the individualization and total inclusion of children with professionally diagnosed disabilities. Head Start operates under the Federal Performance Standards and is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Performance Standards are categorized under Early Childhood Development and Health Services, Family and Community Partnerships, and Program Design and Management.
