I want to share my experience with Jen Payne. After providing both products and services, she disputed the payment made to us with her bank, claiming she did not receive them. This action not only affected our business financially but also demonstrated a lack of integrity. Small businesses rely on fair practices, and I hope others will be cautious in their dealings with her.

Owner response : I don’t even know who you are. Have had the same clients for years. All my Parents pay by Zelle and are instant payments that both sides can see and have record of in our banks so I have not had to nor will ever have to “dispute” a payment so you can take your internet trolling of random daycares somewhere else. Hope you have a pleasant day.

I have not used this daycare service, but I am a neighbor and have recently had my one and only encounter with this homeowner and care giver provider and the encounter was negative. The provider, Jennifer, stepped out of her house and yelled profanity at my family and I while walking our dogs for leaving a dog poop bag on the curb strip while she was caring for children. I would not recommend this person or her services based on her behavior while she is taking care of other people’s children. It is unacceptable.

Owner response : This is untrue. I have our conversation recorded on my home security footage multiple angles of cameras. I asked you to stop once again, putting trash in my yard. I spoke to you and a couple of adult women and your dogs as I was inside my home with no children. I was homesick for the day and not working. The police have been notified with your name and address “neighbor” as you have been told many times to stay off of our property and stop trespassing and littering in my yard and leaving your dogs waste in everybody’s yards and private trash cans on our cul-de-sac when you don’t even live anywhere near here. My lawyer will been contacted about the slander that you need to remove from this post. This is not my website. I did not ask to be on here and none of this pertains to my job.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

We used this provider back in 2016, for close to 6 months, for our newborn and our 2 year old.

We had several concerns, and when I approached the childcare provider to discuss those concerns, the provider become overly defensive and the next day we received a dismissal letter. She waited till we were out of the house to call me back and hand me the letter without a word. She gave us our two weeks notice, but we decided it was in our children's best interest not to return to her care.
Hopefully some major improvements have been made (since our experience) for the families that our under her care.

Owner response : Hello Nickie (teacher at Beattie elem) and Erik Olivia 11311 Northridge Cir Gretna, NE. I provided care for children Liam and Paxton from 9/29/2016-3/20/2017 I provided the upmost of excellent care to your two children and the entire time you were enrolled. Yet you were very unpleasant and constantly calling and texting & complaining about having to pay for certain days that you didn’t want to pay for because you were a teacher. you were always arguing about which breaks we had already agreed upon that you would pay for. It was a constant battle trying to get payment from you husband. I felt bad because you were obviously having a struggle paying for Daycare to begin with for two children so I let a lot of the things slide and went without pay for a lot of the different holidays that we had already mapped out in writing on calendars that we both agreed to. But frankly you were given notice due to multiple reasons due to the fact that you were not following the signed Contract Policies and the added complaining about having to make payment and the constant overrrrrr circling of days on the calendar with many !!!! That you’d have your husband bring to me to ask about not paying for certain break days wether than just asking me calmly for clarification. And most frankly you were freaking out the other parents as when it was time to pick up your children and we were in the backyard you would run around and start monitoring the other children, touching them & trying to scold them trying to tell them to be careful on toys when they were playing and chasing them all over the yard as if you were a worker for myself. Rather than gathering your children and leaving and it was making many of the parents uncomfortable as well as myself. But the day you turned to my own two-year-old son and told him what to do in front of me in my own home when he was simply dropping wooden blocks around in the floor, that was the last straw and that is when at some point shortly thereafter, you were given a proper two weeks notice. How I handed it to you to avoid any conflict you might’ve caused in front of the young children in my care is irrelevant. You were given a proper notice and whether you chose to return during that time is also irrelevant and it was so far back I honestly quite don’t remember. But your children were adorable and very well cared for. This site is only here and all of us Providers we’re out in it without our knowledge and with much inaccurate info about our hours and details and such. I volunteered to help as MANY families during Covid to offer respite and immediate care since I didn’t shut down and this list was created upon that and nothing more. So please follow through with a legit means of looking for daycare and not some random site that is not accurate. Have a great day :)

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Our child was dismissed from this daycare with only 2 weeks to find a replacement. No reason was given.

Owner response : Hi Ryan and Jennie Martin, I cared for your son Jack from 8/6/2018-8/30/2019. I remember only meeting you at interview then maybe one or two pickups at most ? So I only saw your wife. Your family was great. Very respectful. I don’t remember any problems for the most part, followed contract, made payment when due as far as I can remember. Then there was a certain issue your son was dealing with and I went above and BEYOND as a daycare provider to work with with your wife and help but still provide the same excellence of care to other children enrolled. And as she knows what was going on and it was causing a disturbance to the flow and care of others, but I continued on with care. Your wife got very angry over the issue at hand with your son and due to what was going on personally with him and didn’t want to help me with the situation. You were given the proper two week notice after your wife began being disrespectful to me and other daycare parents while she was In The home and stopped communicating with me all together. She would drop son inside and leave and try to do the same at pickup rather than speaking to me. I didn’t want Jack to leave but then she tried to take him from the backyard while we were playing without making any contact to me. Since all means to communicate with your wife were ignored, you were given a proper two week notice as in the signed contract. As is also standard in 100% of daycare or any business setting. I still have his birthday present that I had for him as he was no longer enrolled here when that came. But Thankyou sir for being a client and your wife as well for the good moments we had until the end when I just simply chose not to be disrespected anymore and chose to move on. Your son was really a GREAT KID! :) No hard feelings whatso ever
