I have used this provider for more than 6 months
My daughter attended this school for about 9 months. While there she would come home saying how she would be sent to the office and the teacher would yell at her to stop crying like a baby. She often talked about how none of the kids would play with her. She wouldn’t eat lunches, and when I addressed it with the director they said she’ll eat if they let the rest of the kids go play outside and leave her inside. Which is not ok, she should play outside too.
Parents are not allowed to go inside the center, which I do not like.
Her behavior at home got increasingly worse while she was going there, and I figured she was just a naughty little girl. However after just a week at her new school she has been such a happy and loving little girl and always comes home with stories where with the old school she would never talk about anything good.
I will say that the teacher Crystal really seems to be kind and loving, but there are other teachers who just don’t seem to care.
There was supposed to be a curriculum and it didn’t seem like they were spending any time learning.
The worst part was on her last day they sent home the water bottle she had been using. They were supposed to be washing it every Friday and it stayed at the center. When I got it back it was completely full of mold in the straw and the mouthpiece, the cup had a layer of slime built up. When I asked the director about it she said they haven’t used that water bottle since the summer. Which I know she has because I’ve seen her using it when we come for pickup.
In conclusion the pros are: Price, Ms. Crystal, and the location was great for us.
Cons: your kid might end up drinking mold, will be yelled at to not cry like a baby, and won’t be taught anything.
