A named staff slapped a named child on the upper arm for misbehaving at lunch time. The named staff also aggressively repositioned the named child on his cot during nap time.

The sponsor or sponsor representative and each staff member shall complete the electronic fingerprinting process through the vendor authorized by the State to conduct CHRI background checks through the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
