Description: Pam & Pam’s Latchkey Kid Program, Inc. was started in 1994 by Pam King and Pam Pharr. The women met while teaching at a child care center located in Bucks County. After years of FRIENDSHIP, co-teaching and motherhood we both felt the need to open our own child care center.
Pam & Pam’s first opened as a before and after school program. While working in child care they both saw the need for a safe, caring and fun place to be before and after school – hence PAM & PAM’S LATCHKEY. It turned out to be a big success! Before long the parents were asking about care for younger siblings. The more Pam and Pam thought about it, the more sense it made to expand their services to include the younger children as well. The result was “Babes in Toyland” for infants and young toddlers as well as “Precious and Few” for older toddlers and pre-schoolers.
It has been an incredible thrill for Pam and Pam, after 18 years of business, to see some of their original children bring their own children to them for care.

While passing by your establishment my 15 year old remembered a bad experience from a staff member back in 2010. My daughter was pushed back on her forehead and told she was noisy for asking what game the staff member was playing on her phone Too bad my daughter didn’t tell me this back then as if she did I would have had her go back to head start.
