My children have attended over the Rainbow for about 3 years. In the beginning the daycare was great! The teachers and aids really acted invested in my children, and my kids actually wanted to go there. That all quickly changed from January 2017 - current I have had nothing but issues with this daycare. You could not offer me free childcare from what I experienced over almost the past year. My BIGGEST concerns with this daycare is their lake of supervision this is on a daily basis, lake of keeping records, the staff they hire and their is ABSOULTLY no communication. Staff will record you children on their PERSONAL cell phone when they act up and then tell you about it like their is no problem ( mind you the daycare is already video taped ) They will also grab your childs arm, not hand, not that they should he grabbing any child. Also another BIG reason I pulled my children out was lack of supervision, a child had enough time to put his hands in my childs pants... where was the staff when this was happening. I would really reconsider sending your children to this daycare. WAY over priced for the services you don't receive. There were a lot of red flags coming and im happy my children are out of there!!!!
Dirty center. Kids not cleaned properly after eating or playing. My child got staph infections and terrible diaper rash. Kids fridge went 6-8 months without being cleaned, while staff fridge was brand new state of the art. Young inexperienced teachers and simple minded director who only cares about cashing your check. Removed my child after 6 months. It takes a while to see all these awful things, they're all smiles to get you in the door... But watch out!
