Description: We are a privately owned Christian Daycare center. We offer a safe, fun loving, learning environment. We offer part time & full time childcare, infant to 12 years. We offer 3 days a week, half days & full time. Our center prays before each snack and lunch. We also have music & Bible story everyday, and we teach a Bible verse each week for the children to learn about. We also strive to have each child confident & ready for "Big School" through a great personalize learning program. We are so Proud of our center. "God gave us a great place to learn!"

4 of my grandchildren went here. I highly recommend this center. There is lots of love and caring there.
Choosing Our Own Little World for our daughter years ago was not only the best decision for her but Me as well. It’s hard to leave your child for someone else to care for because you have to work but it was even harder for me to settle for a cold, loud and sterile facility. This had such a home atmosphere that it put me at ease. Loved the whole experience!

Since this facility has requested their family and workers to give glowing 5 star reviews, let me tell you why they aren't.
This facility not only harassed my child but neglected and threatened him as well. When we asked to discuss this matter in person with the "owner", she chose to call and remove my child from the daycare and block us from all communication to allow for feedback of their facility and how she runs it.
It has also recently been brought to my attention from several people who have been "kicked out" in the last several weeks that she is removing children with disabilities that are "hard to handle". This is a "Christian" daycare who has represented themselves poorly.
I already had my children set up in a different facility, thankfully. I haven't realized how poorly my children have been treated until I started taking them to a facility with cameras and regular feedback throughout the day.
I requested to come to this facility to see what my child was "doing wrong" throughout the day and they refused to allow me to observe. That raised red flags for my family and I
My children have also been hurt several times on the playground without anyone noticing because the workers are sitting on their cell phones in chairs instead of observing the children.
My son came home in dry, peed in clothes, several times. He's 3 years old. This should not be happening in any daycare.
I have lost all respect for this family and their facility. I expected more from them. Don't take your children here, especially if they cannot yet speak for themselves.
Our Own Little World offers the best childcare and preschool service in the Alma area. The center has a homelike environment that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the building. When you walk in you are greeted by one of their friendly staff members. The whole staff loves each child as if he/she was one of their own. You can feel confident knowing your child is well taken care of while at work. Not to mention their learning curriculum is outstanding! Each class level helps each child grow socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually. You will be overly satisfied when your child finally reaches Ms. Cathy's four and 5-year-old class. She goes above & beyond to make sure her students are prepared for the upcoming kindergarten curriculum. Finally, the best part about this center is teaching your child about Jesus Christ. This preschool discusses the bible in a way that helps the children understand the sacrifice Jesus made for all of us! I cannot express how impressed I am with this center & what they are teaching our children in our local community.
Completely bias if you do not support their same Christian viewpoints
