DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! The director Theresa and This place is the most disgusting representing of a Christian establishment! Don't let the nice building and class rooms fool you. This is by far the worst childcare facility I have ever been too. The director, Theresa was so unprofessional and by far one of the worst human beings I've ever met! I often questioned if she was even aware of what was going on or under the influence of substances. She seemed confused, angry and lacked of enjoyment of children! She refused to call me back when I would call in regards to any concerns of my son, she also refused to meet with me in person. She would intentionally lie to me in regards to when she worked to purposely not meet with me. She refused to provide me with receipts of my payments and told me "pull your own voided checks with the bank" with a smirk on her face almost finding pleasure in my frustration. Theresa as well as ALL my sons teachers made false accusations against me to Child Protective Services as they claimed "I sent a moldy banana in my sons lunch." The case was immediately closed and the case worker said the accusations were FALSE and bizarre and the case worker too thought Theresa was "very odd and unprofessional" They provide NO MEALS for the kids nor refrigeration for lunches sent daily. In January after months of their lies and lack of professionalism I switch my son to a new facility one week into the month. Theresa promptly called me a week later and threatened to send me to collections for not paying the entire month of January when my son was not even at their facility any longer. THEY ARE THE MOST DISGUSTING PEOPLE and CHILDCARE PROVIDERS!
Horrible center. I have worked in childcare before and know most of the WACs, licensing requirements and so on. I have no idea how this center is allowed to be open and I don’t think it will be long until it closes. The main lady Teresa is never around at drop off or pick up, and when she is it seems like she’s drunk, high or just stupid. NO TEACHERS ARE EDUCATED in Early Childhood Education. When I asked about that I was so surprised to hear that not even one teacher had any formal schooling seeing as it’s a requirement at most daycares. But it shows in the borderline abuse and neglect that happens. The way the teachers talk & act to children is disgusting. This center will close and it will probably be for the better. My advice would be to require drug tests to employees and also require schooling for Early Childhood Education. AND- get a new director. To parents: Try any other daycare you can find, seriously, any other. This place we shut down as soon as more people get wind and it’s a parents job to keep their kids safe from places like this!
Teresa, the director, is appalling. She is unfriendly, unorganized, and has terrible communication skills. Because of this, I almost walked out immediately, but I toured the facility and met the teachers, both of which were pretty good. I ended up enrolling my child out of desperation and our experience was mediocre. As stated, the facility and teachers are pretty good, but the director's lack of organization is what ultimately caused us to leave. The teachers even complained about never knowing what was going on because of Teresa. Specifically, when I enrolled my son, she never explained how to get into the building, didn't communicate my start date or days a week, I didn't even know I was supposed to check him in every day until the 2nd month of was there. When I asked for our receipts, it took weeks to get them from her. I am shocked she has a job.
