My children went to this child care center for nine months, and most of the experiences I noticed were pathetic. Every time I came to pick up my children, or just dropped in to say hi on my break, all the staff would be sitting around on their phones, or if it was nap time they were laying around sleeping. I had to wake staff members up often to let them know I was taking my children. If you are looking for professional appearance, well, this is not the place. I have a feeling most of the staff rolls out of bed and shows up to work. Ratty sweat pants, and obscene t-shirts were often the daily attire.
Lastly, if you are hoping your children will be learning here, do not have you hopes up. I have asked if they do a learning time, and the answer was no. I asked of the teachers if they sang to the kids, or played with them (since they were all under two years old) and her response was no, she played movies that sang to them only to go right back to her game on her phone after responding to my question
