I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Great facility, awesome staff. Felt like family and my child learned so much! Greatful for them.

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

They will not return my calls. My child has been on the waiting list before school started. When I call to inquire,they never seem to know what I'am talking about or who I'am. They always tell me they will call me back but never do. I get it now...it's time to move on to another school. Save me the headache.

About the Provider

Head Start is a federally-funded child development program designed to help break the cycle of poverty by providing preschool children of low-income families with a comprehensive program to meet their emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs. Head Start’s approach is that the parent is the child’s primary educator and that the entire family, as well as the community, must be involved in guiding and nurturing the child. Over the past four decades, Head Start has touched the lives of more than 250,000 low-income preschool children and families at more than 140 locations in San Diego County.
