I have used this provider for more than 6 months

There is significant staff turnover at this facility. At times there were staff (about 4 or 5) who left within weeks of working there. Some staff have openly expressed concerns with management and organization.

Professionalism was also lacking throughout establishment. There could be more development in the pursuit of hiring quality staff/administrators as well as proper and consistent communication from administrators. Also not the friendliest or warmest environment overall. Harsh tones are heard with children and my child has mentioned being hit by staff or threatened to be spanked by a staff member on several occasions.

There is no clear curriculum followed. Each day is carried out on a whim, with many days where no active learning is happening. Many staff hired do not seem competent in the area of Early Education. Parents may want to reconsider placing their child here, particularly if they are seeking strong cognitive development experiences and Kindergarten readiness.
