6 cribs in gym and 2 cribs in infant room are non compliant with manufacture dates of July 2010. 1 crib in the infant is missing the sticker noting the date of manufacture. Program shall disassemble non complaint cribs and remove them from program and send receipt for any new cribs purchased. diapers sitting out on table top in teacher desk areas and not stored in a sanitary manner. Untreated wood trim around the stalls in the gym restroom are not sanitizable and need to be sealed.
