I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Nature's Child is the only day care/childcare center that I have ever trusted my sons to be in. I have had horrible experiences elsewhere. We have been using Nature's Child for 6 years now (since 2014). It is a safe and clean place, the staff is friendly and patient, you don't have to worry about your children being plopped in front of a TV screen like other day care centers (because this is a Waldorf centered daycare), and my boys love Ginger like a second mother. There is a lot of outdoor play to include a garden that the children help plant.

DISGUSTING

I want to warn all the parents out there that live in Laramie, Wyoming about a daycare called Nature's Child it is located on 312 South 7th Street.  It is a very gross and disgusting place to even have kids! The owner named Ginger claims to feed them only healthy meals, and does alot of activites with them, which is far far from the truth. She goes and leaves the kids alone, I've walked in there and she's no where to be around and all these kids are running around unsupervised. I know this placed has been handed into the health department and DFS on numerous times. I could go on and on about this but this is just a little bit of what I know!

About the Provider

We believe that imaginative play and imitation are at the heart of the young child’s life. We foster this and try to allow each child to develop fully through this early stage of life. Stories, puppet plays, singing and hand-work with natural materials are at the heart of what we will be doing every day. The majority of the toys in the classroom are natural and open-ended to encourage imaginative play. It is also our goal to provide a home-like environment which is beautiful and comfortable for the child. For that reason our suites are mixed age so that children can interact as they would in a family setting with people of all ages.
