I have used this provider for less than 6 months
I witnessed child neglect from this caregiver with my own eyes. My daughter was confined in a stroller, sitting by herself in a garage, while the caregiver with other children were outside in the driveway and sidewalk playing. Once the caregiver saw me, she ran inside her garage and rolled my daughter out. The first question that popped in my head is: “why wasn’t my daughter playing with other kid outside why was she by herself in the garage, strapped in the stroller?” Then she left all the kids unsupervised and unattended while she went inside the house to get my daughter’s baby bag. Also, this caregiver lied about how many times a day she will take my daughter out in the car. Stated it would be twice a week. Turned out it was every day three times a day. We had to find that out for ourselves. Once the issue was addressed, the caregiver was very condescending and defensive. Tried giving excuses that did not may any logical sense. Also, tried to make me believe something else other than what I saw with my own eyes. I called a Social Services hotline. If you do not mind your child being confined and unattended then choose her.
