My grandson has been going to this facility for two weeks. I went to pick him up today and it was evident that he has been crying all day. Mrs. Vicki states she tried to call me all day but have no voicemails or missed calls. She did not attempt to call his parents or any other person listed on his contact list. She then states to me that he has done nothing but whine all day and states he may not attend the next day because she can’t put up with another day of whining. I asked her for the money back that I paid for tomorrow and at first state I can not have a refund. I then tell her how do you expect to keep money paid for services, then deny him service because he was whining throughout the day. Not misbehaving not cause harm to hisself or others, just simply upset because he misses his mom and dad. I then ask my grandson how his day was and he states that mrs Vicki was mean to him and kept grabbing his arms and shaking him because he wouldn’t stop crying. This is not ok ever! I would beware when having her watch your kids! She apparently only takes children that do not cry or misbehave ever.
