This provider is crazy!!! First of all, I paid her money a week in advance to hold a spot for my son. I NEVER signed any paperwork. She gave me the registration packet to take home and bring back when completed. I NEVER even started it. Not even 48 hours later I called her and informed her of an unforseen life event and that I would not be able to afford the care and I would not register my son. I asked for my money back and she told me I would have to sign a breach of contract! I never even signed a contract in the first place!. I refuse to put my signature on anything stating I breached a contract that I was never in. I'm still fighting this. Not to mention her registration fee is $180 which is almost the amount of her weekly tuition rate. She will potty train your child for 30 days and if the training is not complete within those 30 days there is a $25 fee each week until training is complete. She takes a total of 2 weeks of vacation during the year. While she is on vacation the parents still have to pay her. She calls it a paid vacation. This is all in her registration packet that is a book long. There are sooo many forms that have to be completed. One of them you have to sign and get notorized yourself. I also recommend that you pay close attention to her while you are interviewing her. Something about her is not normal. But I will let you determine that. I do not recommend this provider. There are way better providers out there. With way better rates. Take your time and look for them. Your child deserves the best.
