I wish there was a -1 star to rate this place. This child care center is below expectations of what a family oriented “child care center” is designed to be. As stated in their “statement”. The owner is very unprofessional, and most of the staff have shown to be unequivocally able to do their jobs. Which seems to me that many my not have the credentials that is needed to work in a child care facility or the proper training. On several occasions there has been cases of “bullying” on the bus and at the center. The child/children that are bullied were reprimanded, and the child/children doing the bullying are not. No meetings or conferences with the parents of the children involved to discuss the “bullying” that is still taking place at this “family oriented” child care center. If this is a so-called family, family’s talk to get a resolve of a matter so the “family” can come together with love. It is obvious to me that this facility and their employees need to be investigated, in this Country BULLYING is taken very very serious.
