Description: Hi, My name is Kim. I own and operate Still in the Nest Daycare. I have been working with kids for 12 years and I love it! I have four kids of my own, and three amazing grandchildren. My daycare is very structured. I love the pre-school part of our day. We have a good time and the kids love to learn. I use the "open door policy". Which means: If your child is in my home, you are asked to just walk in, no knocking. I live in a very nice area with a fully fenced yard. My yard is made for kids. I believe kids should be discovering the wonders of the world. I provide your child with a loving, safe, clean, fun and happy environment in which to learn and grow. Our home is smoke free, drug free and clean. We ALWAYS live by these standards. I transport to Orchard Hills Elementary. Here is a copy of our daily routine. Daycare Schedule (2015) 6:00 to 8:00- Warm up/ 8:00- Breakfast/ 9:00 to 10:00- Free time/ 10:00 Story and cookie time/ 10:30- Preschool and music time/ 11:30- playroom clean up/ 12:00- Lunch/ 1:00 to 3:00- Quiet time/ 3:00- Snack and homework (playtime for preschool and toddlers)/ 4:00- Activity Time (play doe, puzzles, art, etc/ 4:30- playroom clean-up and wind down/ 5:00- movie time.
