Butterflies and Beyond

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This facility is a hoarders playground. Boxes and boxes of garage sale items stacked in every room. It is disgustingly filthy and makes me cringe to think of children crawling around. The care my child (and the other children at this facility) received was neglectful at best. Diapers were very rarely changed. They would force one child to sit in their soiled pants for hours to “teach them a lesson”. The owner was incredibly rude and the workers did not care about the children they were watching. They would have my toddler outside in 100+ degree weather for HOURS without water. They fed them very little lunch or snacks and it was always frozen nuggets or fish sticks. The only reason parents still send their children here is due to lack of options in this small town. This place is HORRIBLE. Do yourself and your child a favor and find another option.

I wouldn’t send my dog to this facility. It is dirty. The workers are rude and nasty to the children. They yell at them and lock them in high chairs all day. The owner is off of her rocker. She treats her workers like trash, yells at the parents who take issue with her and charges parents for weeks when there isn’t even care provided. During Covid they shut for “cleaning”. Nothing was cleaned. They feed the children the same 3 meals and leave them hungry. For over 3 hours a day they are forced to sit on a mat and often not allowed to use the restroom. They only give them water 2 times a day. And rarely change diapers. This place should be shut down. It is unsafe, unclean, and downright neglectful.
