Lorane is one of three K-4 Elementary Schools in the Exeter Township School District. We serve approximately 500 students. The Mission of the Exeter Township School District and Community is to provide opportunities for students to develop individual potential and an awareness of the importance of life-long learning skills in a rapidly changing world.

Lorane offers the following classes and programs to fulfill our mission:
4 Full day Kindergartens
4 First Grade Classrooms
4 Second Grade Classrooms
4 Third Grade Classrooms
4 Fourth Grade Classrooms
1 Primary Learning Support Classroom
1 Intermediate Learing Support Classroom

Students attend Art, Music, Physical Education, and Library 3 times every 12 days. The Guidance Counselor, Challenge Teacher, Learning Support Teachers, Reading Specialist, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapist, ESL teacher, and IST Teacher work with students based upon their individual needs and the guidelines of their programs. Instructional Aides support classroom instruction under the direction of the classroom teacher. Beginning in third grade, students are given the opportunity to participate in the Strings Program. Student health concerns are addressed by a full time school nurse.
