About the Provider
Our purpose is to provide our community with a high quality preschool implementing a meaningful, enriching, and fun preschool curriculum. Just as important we provide a caring and kind environment where the teachers recognize that each child is an individual and all areas of development are equally important – emotional, social, and cognitive.
Little Wonders has a classroom for our younger friends and a classroom for our Pre K friends. Our preschool day is structured and includes; free exploration, meeting time, fine motor development, movement, books and reading, and much more.
Free Exploration offers Center based, self-directed learning experiences designed specifically for the curiosity of the young mind. Number Concepts, Science Explorations, Home Living. Sand and Water, Creation Station and a Listening Center are just a few of the learning centers offered.
Fine Motor Development provides interesting and engaging opportunities to strengthen and develop fine motor skills. Playdough, stringing beads, cutting and pasting, and
"Fundations®, Wilson Language Basics"; an innovative approach to the introduction of letter writing is offered daily.
Creative Movement offers a time to move our large motor muscles. Balancing, throwing and catching, skipping and jumping, are highlighted developmental skills that are introduced by innovative games, obstacle courses and activities.
Fundations® Little Wonders uses Fundations® introduced by Wilson Language Training. Fundations provides students with a foundation for reading and spelling. The purpose of the instruction is learning to both read and write for meaning, understanding, and joy.

We provide a healthy snack in the Morning and Afternoon. Parents provide a healthy lunch.
