Although I used them for 4 days, I could NOT even imagine being with them for 6 months or longer. The Director is Hood as Hell, USING HER OLD BEAT-UP SUBURBAN TO TRANSPORT CHILDREN IS AGAINST THE LAW ALL OF THE kids are crying it sound like a torcher chamber. I swear when you walk in the door it smell like Dirty Mop, Pee and Bleach. Got the nerve to say, we use Bleach to disinfect! Really....????! With a dirty a** Mop. Girl Bye!!!!!!
If I could give this daycare ZERO stars, I would. My son started attending Little People at 4 months old. He had his well baby check up a week prior to starting and the doctor was satisfied with his growth. Fast forward to his 6 months check-up...my son had loss weight (-3.5 pounds) while attending this daycare. The provider was very concerned and instructed us to request daily activity sheets summarizing meals and changings (which they did NOT do). We kept getting incomplete sheets or none at all, so it made it very hard to track my son’s eating, sleeping and wet/poop patterns. After about 3 weeks, the doctor did a weight check and he had loss yet another pound. He had also developed a really bad diaper rash. After the rash didn’t seem to improve, a wet diaper at pick-up every day and a hungry, crying infant on the drives home, I brought it to the teachers attention and requested to speak with the owner about my concerns, however, she did not have the decency to even return my calls. So after a “pop up” visit and seeing my son halfway out of the bouncer with a rolled up towel propping his bottle and a HEAVILY soiled, leaking diaper, I withdrew him IMMEDIATELY. I later discovered that they were NOT giving him jar food and only giving him watered down formula bottles to feed himself, which is why he was losing weight. Often times, there wasn’t enough supervision for the amount of infants in the class. We’d also encountered older kids in the same room as crawling babies on several occasions, which I was not comfortable with. Blessfully, we found another childcare provider for our precious baby boy, and he even gained his weight back. My husband and I were able to go to work with a piece of mind knowing our son was in good hands. Parents, please do your research. Sometimes good prices does not equate to good care.
I used to work at the school from the time they first open up until 2014. I work in the three year old room the two-year-old room and the one year old's room and the management was what kept me there. It never seemed like I was working but it was always fun and I felt like I was best friends with all of my parents. The entire essence of the Center was family and I always loved when my parents would pick up their child and they would see how much they have been learning and sometimes they would learn very quickly. I ended up moving the end of 2014 but rest assured I would still be there had I not. There is no other preschool like it and there will never be one to talk it's magnificent quality
My two kids, Son age 1 and Daughter age 3, have been attending this school since March and I can absolutley tell they have had a far better learning experience here than the 3 previous centers theyve been to. My son was only in school for 2 weeks and came home doing sign language! My daughter is already writing her name and knows so much! The staff are always fun and energetic and are always eager to know about my day and even give me comfort when work was a headache. The management is always helpful to me when my check is late or if my hours go before/after their closing or opening. My last center seemed to be all about my weekly tuition but they seem to actually just want us there! I love it! I wish they were an actual K-12 school because I'd never take my children out! I most def recommend!
