I used them for 5 days. On and off for about 4 weeks. I paid for my previous week, I gave money to a worker, was seen on camera doing so, I asked her where my son was and she said outside. I suddenly heard a scream and went into his room and saw a lady holding his arm down while changing him, he was screaming. I went over, picked him up, he was filthy, bright red and drenched. His eye was swollen and he was crying. I asked her what happened and she said she didn't know. He held onto to me and wouldn't look at her. I took a picture of his face to send to the director. Later that day it got more swollen and puffy. I thought maybe he got dirt in it but it turned black and blue. I didn't pay for that week, which was one day, the last day we needed just happened to be the last day I would have ever taken him there. Today we get a bill from the court saying we owe $567. We never even took our boys there to even rack up fees near that amount. And for one day that's not how much it costs. If my son suddenly gets a black eye and no one seems to know what happened and no documents on it and I see a lady holding him down while he is screaming, then of course I won't be taking him there again. Shame on them. It is a horrible place. Do not take your kids there.
