Sadly the review from “Protector” is a disgruntled Employee who refused to follow the Child care licensing rules when kindly asked to do so. She appeared very nice at first until she started acting out on the job and it was necessary for her to leave. She threatened me that she would leave a bad review. She lied to the labor board and her claims were declared unfounded. Everything she said in the review was a lie. I am sad for her that she would choose such a vindictive behavior and have no remorse for her actions. I have been in business for over 35 years and never before have I seen such narcissistic behavior. It is truly sad. Thankfully there are gems out there with a great work ethic and I am truly blessed to have them caring for the children that I love and serve with my whole heart.

This review from "Protector" is saddening.

First off my children have been attending this childcare center for two years, They love it they have never came home to me and never have expressed not wanting to go. In fact my children have learned so much from LLKK. My 6 year old knows about germination! He could tell you all about it and he learned it from the lessons taught by Jen herself. Jen loves her center and even more the children.

Secondly I work at the center. I started about four months ago. I personally can see the love and effort Jen puts into her center, the children and her staff. There is a lot of untrue statements made about the center the staff and Jennifer. The review submitted by "Protector" is a disgruntled employee and should be taken down.

The boss Jennifer doesn’t care about any of her Staffa sun plays this “god” roll to make herself look good and to manipulate people into seeing her different. While working there I’ve watched staff SPANK, scream, and verbally abuse children. There was a staff in the baby side of the daycare that leaves them outside with no gloves or hats so the children freeze and can only come in once ALL of them are crying according to Jennifer’s rules. They don’t change them enough so most of the kids always end up with rashes and they don’t put the ointment on that the parents bring even if asked to bring it they still don’t bother to apply it. The children are forced to eat and if parents pack children lunch we aren’t allowed to give them the lunch they packed because then Jennifer doesn’t get money back from the state for feeding them what she buys. She treats all her staff very poor she told 2 of her staff that reside at apartments owned by her that if they don’t work for her she will evict them. She’s pure evil and the children at this daycare of being neglected by the staff and any parent who sees this review and decides that this is the daycare for u I feel sorry for ur baby.

The gentleman that wrote the above review apologize for doing so. He is still trying to figure out how to remove it from the review. Him and his ex went through a nasty separation. I have told them both that I did not want to get in the middle of it. I only wanted to discuss what pertains to the daughter, and any concerns with her as a student. He felt I was singling him out, which I was not. I told the same thing to the mom. It’s unfortunate that he took this stance annd wrote ann unfair review. He has profusely apologized for it. Child Care centers of America can you please assist him on having his comment removed as he has not been able to figure out how to do so. My sincere appreciation for your help.

My son has been in their care and has been very happy to go on a daily basis and the teachers are very well with him he’s speaking more and learning a lot more !! I would recommend this daycare !!!

The Director has shown herself to be very unprofessional and bias toward fathers when the child is from a split-home. My Child has not learned anything in class, in-fact our child has regressed, and the Director has absolutely no concern for children’s health as she is highly misinformed when it comes to proper care and procedure for taking proper health safety, especially concerning during COVID time…and her lack of concern with RSV and every other illnesses the children have been subjected to, as well her being highly against mask use.
Unfortunately with a split home, children can not simply be removed without BOTH parents agreeing…otherwise my child would’ve been removed a long time ago. Especially when I’m the only one paying for our child’s “schooling”.
