I am pleased with this child care. My one year old is learning quickly and starting to talk more than he could. The infant rooms are great and the teachers really love their jobs. My son loves a couple of the staff and the staff makes you feel so welcome and excited when you drop off your child. He will cry for a few minutes but will calm down quickly with the staff help. I absolutely love the app they have available to check on your child throughout the day and able to see pictures etc. the directors are very nice and understanding. My son also has broken his leg bone and placed in a cast for a few weeks, the director made it possible for him to still attend school with a little extra care. You can definitely rely on this school especially in a bad situation, their willing to work with you. I do believe the staff loves these kids and love their job which makes me feel so much better knowing my child is in good hands.
The staff are horrible! Policies are horrible! Owners are more interested in expanding then assuring proper care of the children. I removed my child because they suffered multiple injuries in a short period of time.
I agree with the above reviewer. Their vacation policy is less than desirable! Plus, you have to pay for the holidays that they are closed AND you can't use your vacation days for holidays. so, if your child is scheduled to go on Thursdays, you automatically pay for Thanksgiving and there's no way around it, even though, your child will NOT be in attendance.
The staff are great however their policies are tricky and unfair to parents and children. When it comes to breakfast; if you are a minute past 8:00 they will not feed your child. If you arrive a minute after 8:30 they will close the gate at both ends of the parking lot even when the children are not going out-side. That is unless a State worker is in the building, And vacation time is a trick. They make you fill out a form showing your 10 vacation planed dates upfront. But they charge you for every day over four if vacation falls from June thru September. With an explanation that you only get four days in the summer. The form that you fill out has only ten spaces for dates.
