I have used this provider for more than 6 months

worked there for 8 months, during that time DHS was called 5 times by parents and employees. Multiple employees quitting on the spot for how we are treated.
During my 8 months, I was never in trouble, never did anything wrong. On my last day, I was praised for how well I took care of the children and always being reliable. I went back 2 weeks after leaving for a new job to get my last check. While I was there, I was visiting with the children and witnessed one kid get slammed into a chair by their teacher who did not even try to verbally correct the situation prior. The kid started crying and rubbing their back, to which they got yelled at for having "their hand in their diaper" when the child was rubbing their back and saying ow. After making sure the kid was okay and giving them a hug until they were calm. I immediately left and contacted DHS and the child's parents.
The parents reported to management that night. The next day management told the parent they felt targeted by me and that I was not a reliable source of information.
This daycare cares more about keeping its face than the children.

The staff at Little Flock is helping the kids discover who God wants them to be. In Proverbs 22:6 it says: "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

This is exactly what we strive to do everyday, incorporating Bible songs, stories and themes into our everyday curriculum. Little Flock Day Care is currently serving seventy-five children, ages infant to 10 years. We ask for your continued prayer that our children may continue to grow and thrive in His light!!
