The owner of this facility, Crystal, is rude and disorganized. She constantly moves children age 2 and up from room to room so she can meet the maximum child to caregiver number. There is no concern whether this constant movement of rooms and teachers is good for the child. Then, the child is disciplined for acting out and parents called to pick up child. If you ask to see a tape of the situation, Crystal always uses an excuse that foster kids identity must be protected which is really odd. When pressed, she can never tell you what law states this by KY. If I could, I would rate this location as a 0 due to inconsistent rules, lack of coordinated discipline plans between staff and parents and the workers comments about your child are usually different from Crystal's view.
These other reviews are from parents that didnt want to pa their bill. my kids go here and I have worked here as well and everything isnt perfect but they love the kids and their families. They are very good to their staff as well they are here for me anytime I need them.
A teacher at this facility pursued a relationship with a married parent & had inappropriate conversations. Once brought to the attention of owner and coordinator, nothing was done. Teacher is still employed and now engaged to still married parent ???????? I’m sure this will not be the last time they run into this issue.
Great place! Very clean. Staff is always so friendly.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO Little Treasures in Etown, KY. My son was raised off his cot by his arm & leg and tossed onto his belly. My daughter was held from going potty until she cleaned the entire classroom up (even though she already cleaned up the center she was playing in). My daughter wouldn’t go potty for an admin so the admin got in her face and yelled at her. The teacher of the classroom had to get between the admin & my daughter. I also wasn’t informed by the office staff of this happening, the teacher had to tell me. The teacher was then yelled at by the director because it was ‘unprofessional’ that she told me. All of these incidents were caught on camera!
After the above incidents, I pulled my children out of the daycare. The teacher that did two of the above incidents was STILL working because they “needed her” and wasn’t fired until I came back.
Another accusation came up saying a teacher told the child, ‘they weren’t going with God in the clouds’ and bent his finger backward.
The mom went to the admins over the concern and they said, “we can’t fire her because it will cost the owner money on unemployment.” After I fought consistently that something be done, the admins told another employee, ‘shame on her’ & accused me of ‘witch-hunting’ the employee that was accused. This teacher is still working there & the parent was told that there wasn’t enough evidence.
