I was going to put my child in this daycare part time. I was told that there was a $130 deposit which would be used for the first week of care. That deposit did not go towards my first week of care, instead little explorers charged me an additional $130 despite my child not attending. When I called, they told me that they would refund my original amount, but instead charged me an additional $130. So I have paid this day care $390 and my child has never even had a day of care. My husband and I ultimately decided that if this place is this unorganized with their accounting department that they probably don't have their business operations in order. We are still waiting for a refund...It's been over 3 weeks.
