Having tried multiple childcares before this one I LOVE learning thru play, my son has had many behavior issues and sensory issues and they have worked so well with him through it all. He doesn't usually nap and they don't care they take him outside if they can or he plays by his cot it's never been an issue. I feel like they genuinely love my child at learning thru play and care about him.
My daughter hated this place. She still talks about how bad it was. I had talked to the teacher and to the director that my daughter did not take naps, that she has trouble sleeping during the day and they were horrible about working with me on this. They told me that she didn't have to sleep but that she could just lay on her cot and look at books & puzzles. I went there since she was having such a hard time to see if I could help her. My daughter was very quiet, she would just lean up and get a book and as soon as she would turn the page, the teacher would come over there and shush her and tell her to be quiet. On the 3rd time, the teacher told her that if she wasn't quiet that she would have to have her mother to leave. If they were like that while I was there, I can just imagine how it was when I wasn't there. My daughter had to lay there for 2 hours and couldn't even look at a book cause they thought that it caused too much noise. This is the only place that my daughter has a problem with.
I was very disappointed in this daycare. One of the one year old room teachers in was very disrespectful and rude. My child will never attend that school again. And I will be sure to get the word out about how my child was treated.
