I am going through a parent's worst nightmare with this place! My 2 year old brought it to my attention that a TEACHER assaulted him! I brought it to the director's attention and she denied knowing anything about it, until I told her I filed a police report. She then told me that my child was brought to her office and my child's neck was bright red, but she's sorry she didn't write an accident report, she should have... She also said that no statement was written and denied that my child told her what happened. I have witnesses that say otherwise... I should have been notified immediately! When I notified them that I was withdrawing my child, the response I got was "ok, I'll leave a message." When I picked up my child's belongings, none of the director's even had the decency to personally hand me his file. They've made me feel like I was the issue and were happy to see us go. I never even got an apology for what happened to my child! I strongly advise that you do NOT take your child to any of the Learning Ladder facilities. Their website states that their values are compassion, caring & kindness, as well as honesty and integrity... The director's have none of the above! Who knows how many other children were assaulted, and these poor parents don't have the slightest idea. So thankful my 2 year old spoke up, otherwise he may still be there, being abused! Unfortunately for the children that are still there, Lord only knows what COULD be happening, and parents aren't even aware!
