Description: Are you new to child care? We know that searching for a child care center can be stressful, but finding the right facility can also be rewarding for your family. Finding the right center gives you the peace of mind that your child is learning, growing and having fun.
At The Learning Ladder, we know you have many options when it comes to child care. You may wonder why use a child care company rather than family or an in-home care provider. Some of the benefits include:
Your child gets the attention and support of the entire staff.
Consistency that builds your child’s confidence and provides you with peace of mind.
Approved child care safety and security procedures.
A clean and healthy environment with nutritious meals for children.
Socialization with peers for your child’s communication skills and emotional growth.
It is normal to feel uncertain about leaving your child in someone else’s care. At The Learning Ladder we understand and are sensitive to your concerns, and we’re here to answer any questions large or small. Whether you turn to The Learning Ladder or another child care provider, you need a partner who will work with you and your child to communicate, educate and nurture your entire family’s needs.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

The reviews on this center across the internet just go to show how people only tell you all about the bad they experience, no matter how much good there is. My son has always loved his teachers, I have always loved the staff, and the place is only dirty because guess what - IT'S FULL OF KIDS. KIDS ARE DESIGNED TO BE MESSY. I've watched this place grow and thrive, even amidst the crap the world throws at everybody. They're well worth giving them a chance despite the crap you read online about them!!!
Quick to promise to follow my child's dietary needs, but didn't follow through.
When I came to drop off/pick up my child, I consistently saw staff interacting with each other--not with the kids.
I came to pick up my child at lunch time and found plates of food that were not cut to a safe size. I sat down to talk to my kid and two other kids(not kids that I even know) walked up and gave me their plates and asked me to cut their food so they could eat it. At the time, there were three other adults in the room. None of them seemed to notice.
No daily notes communicating what the kids did/ate/when they napped etc.
Once, I received an "incident report" stating that another child had hit my child and taken a toy away. Incidents happen, no big deal. What bothered me is that the incident report I received was dated a week prior to the day I received it.
Tried to send my kid home with someone else's blanket--twice in two weeks.
Dirty.
